Francine Williams, NP
My journey into health and medicine began with a 20-year pursuit, initially aimed at earning a business degree. I graduated from New Mexico Junior College (NMJC), Lubbock Christian University, and Texas Tech University, becoming the first college graduate in my family.
Today, I’m living my dream by blending business acumen with my passion for medicine, delivering top-quality aesthetic and wellness services. I attribute the success of Glow Aesthetics to hard work, faith, and a genuine love for helping others. God is so good!

Hi! I’m Kya, Glow’s Receptionist and patient coordinator. My role is to make your experience enjoyable and rewarding. When i’m not in the office, you can find me working on a degree in Exercise Science. I bring a refreshing blend of clinical skills and wellness knowledge to the team. With my MA (Medical Assistant) certification, I am skilled in drawing labs and administering vitamin shots, so you’re in great hands! Get ready for a fabulous experience at GLOW Aesthetics Med Spa.
