OUR POLICY
NO.1 Booking Policy
When you book an appointment, you are reserving a spot on our calendar that is no longer available to other guests. We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel, please call us & leave a Voicemail @ 575-964-1814, at least 24 hours in advance.
Check-in time is 15 minutes before and 15 min after your scheduled appointment time. Arrivals outside this window may result in a rescheduled appointment and considered a no-show.
Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
NO.2 Children Policy
To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that you not bring children under 12 to your appt.
Our medical suites contain delicate equipment that requires careful handling. If you are receiving a service, you may not be able to supervise your child adequately.
2. We want to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests. To keep the environment peaceful, please arrange for childcare if you plan to visit us for a service.
