NO.1 Booking Policy

Please Note: You are reserving a spot that is no longer available for others. We understand that unexpected events can occur. If you need to cancel, please call and leave a Voicemail, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment.

Check-in time is 15 minutes before, to 15 min after your appointment time. Arrivals outside this window may result in a rescheduled appointment and will be considered a no-show.

Failure to reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, or no-show, will result in the forfeiture of your 25% deposit.

NO.2 Children Policy

To ensure the safety and comfort of everyone, we kindly ask that you not bring children under 12 to your appt.

Our medical suites contain delicate equipment that requires careful handling. If you are receiving a service, you may not be able to supervise your child adequately.

We want to maintain a relaxing atmosphere for all our guests. To keep the environment peaceful, please arrange for childcare if you plan to visit us for a service.
